Offscreen scaling is nonsense. Lucci started the fight in Base, so they're offscreen fight was just both of them warming up.

Zoro only used Haoshoku coating (if at all) in the last panel of their fight.

Lucci hasn't fought COC Zoro yet.

Evaluate how Lucci fares against Haoshoku Zoro when next we see their fight.

Lucci > King. (Lucci being awakened can make him outlast King as long as he can dodge or tank King's Magma Dragon. Lunarian flame probably has something to do with stamina, hence why King was saying he too was almost at his limit.)

Lucci hasn't fared better than King against Zoro.

Haoshoku Zoro vs Lucci is only now just starting.
