I don't think he used Sukuna's CT. As the later said, what Maho did was different from dismantle/cleave:

Sukuna: "It wasn't a slicing attack that flew like one of mine. That is the extension of the cursed techniques targeting. "

From what I get Mahoraga "created" a new slashing technique based on his adaptation ability.

Yes the power up was ass pull. But sukuna still used his own technique. He just learned from maho. I think he would have learned it naturally had they fought without 10s.

And Gojo basically alluded to this by saying stuff like "I'm not sure i would have won against a 10s less sukuna" or "I'm glad I died to someone stronger than me" etc
