Megumi is not dead. This is almost certainly misdirection by gege. I been saying Megumi will be Sukuna's undoing.

Now that Sukuna has supposedly abandoned megumi and reincarnated into his og body, we're supposed to think Megumi is RIP. And this will make the moment when Megumi in his hate and will against Sukuna, suddenly takes control of the body for a split moment in a dire situation, probably when Sukuna is fighting against/ready to kill Yuji, all the more "surprising". That will give the necessary opening for Yuji to beat Sukuna.

Remember when Geto's body reacted to Gojo while Kenny was sealing Gojo? Something like that might happen again. Even if Sukuna is in his of form, the base of the body should still be Megumi's.

Gege did good job for what Sukuna truly is. He is not half assing it, going all out on the Gary Stu route.

It is you who is coping hard to prove the otherwise.

She’s literally irrelevant in the grand scheme of things too. Her “Gift” was just a remake of curse tools Sukuna already had.

Why am I coping? I already said that if we go by the PP fandom or whatever that was than yeah Sukuna is a Gary Stu

She was used to introduce the idea of "Ultimate strength and the solitude that it brings"

And that came into play in the Gojo vs Sukuna fight.

Basically, she was used to make Sukuna a bit more sympathetic to Gojo.

cool idea but don’t hope too much this is the same guy that still haven’t confirmed nobaras death after years and killed gojo offscreen
