CoC: Color of Clowns

"If they can do it, so can you."
:jinbewat:WAIT WHAT
@CoC: Color of Clowns where can I read this theory!
Wait, I don't think I ever actually made a theory post, shit.

The basis behind this is simple: Carrot uses Rokushiki, so where did she learn it from (if you watch her fights, she uses Soru and Geppo regularly):

Her paw based attacks are also similar to Shigan.

Next, just look at the characters. Oda has drawn them in very similar outfits, and introduced them in arcs right after each other.

Look at the capes, the hats, the focus on white/pink/orange.

My current theory is that Zepo, Bepo's brother, was Carrot's father, and met Stussy on Whole Cake, since we know Stussy travels there.

Pedro felt responsible for Zepo's death (since... well, he was), and raised Carrot as his own daughter.

It doesn't have much legs to stand on, but when Oda introduces Straw Hats with missing parents, it generally becomes a plot point later on. The only Straw Hat I don't expect to see ANY parental stuff from is Brook, because... yeah.

She never got a post.

Most of her time on the Sunny was spent on top of the crow's nest with binoculars out and one of the first things we see her do is jump in the air and perform reconnaissance. It's like how Jimbei's helmsman abilities were hinted at as far back as Impel Down when we saw him commandeer a Marine ship in the big escape.

Then how come when the crew was all together Usopp was the lookout?
Usopp is not a Lookout, he spends his time in the Usopp Factory or doing random stuff on the ship. Not in the Crow's Nest keeping watch. And we've already seen in Dressrosa Usopp having somebody look out for him as he snipes, that was what him and Viola did to take out Sugar.

he didn't even notice the shark

Oda shows that they need a carpenter => introduces Franky. Oda shows that they need a helmsman => Jinbe

Oda shows that they needed Bonney who acts as a lookout to realize the danger => shows a need for the SH

scenario

Its absolutely weird Oda has not explained this double shift in character for all of them. I assume theres a lot more going on though, because while Lucci/Kaku are here, the rest of their group is in Marijoa or near it, so I cant see them falling
Oda brings back old fan favourites because he knows the audience will be happy to see them return=>more profit for Lolda

It's not weird.. He has done shit like this already with many such things.... I mean in wano itself there are many examples......

We all know enel ain't important to story... Oda will probably add him in some panel just to tie up story.... Maybe no..
Enel is prototype Imu

I still dont like too much the idea of Stussy be a clone. Because my expectations for her were much more higher. The reason is that stuff of she be the only character with secret age in the entire one piece. I used to thought she received the perpetual surgery of ope ope and that she was living for centuries.
I like even less she got pregnant by a mink
