No, i'm on the reading one piece brigade.
In One Piece, whenever a character is weakened in a fight, it's explained(Luffy vs Doflamingo, Chinjao in dressrosa, Zoro himself in Arlong Park, Thriller Bark and so on). When it's not explained, it's supposed to be viewed as a legitimate feat, so just stop with that BS.
The stomach ache excuse could even the Sanji-Usopp level injuries before Vergo fight brigade that was continuously getting spammed, look like a respectable opinion

Oda certeinly did the setup with the poison food stuff...made people mentioned it...we have seen other get sick because of it (even fairly strong dudes like Bepo)...and the sfx noise...
But I understand the other side too... cause Oda would for sure follow up on it... Zoro would mention this was weird or whatever
I dunno either Oda changed his mind or was misleading us or this is some super slow burn type shit that can still play a role later in the story

It is not pointing down to the stomach.

He fainted due to being stabbed and losing blood.
He doesnt have great endurance

Just accept it... he isnt a monster in endurance durability speed as luffy or any skilled fighter

There is no mental gymnastics which can justify his faint there. Not enough blood loss, not enough time passed since the injury, not enough hunger/poison focus, injury is not bad enough, his endurance doesnt progress backwards...
Distraction doesnt change his endurance but who has ever landed such a dangerous clean hit on Zoro before without him being distracted? What has Killer done against Zoro thanks to his own skill without Gyukimaru's help?

Not even the fact that he did or didn't have a stomache ache. I think his stomach possibly affected him but Ace and Jimbei were being held in prison for ages. Hunger, fatigue, injuries. You name it, and they were released immediately into the biggest war we've ever seen. Jimbei was stopping Admirals, picking off shichibukai, and tons more, lasted virtually the entire war.
But a little skirmish, and one attack by Killer was enough for Zoro to pass out thanks to hunger or a tummy ache. Call it what you want but it doesnt really make much of a difference, does it mean that's his limit under natural conditions? No, but it's a bad look for Zoro either way.
And I used to think the Sanji fandom was bad with the damage control but I'm seeing new heights reached.

Most of the posts I'm seeing atm seem too obnoxious to be anything other than trolling. I give people more credit than that, doubt people believe some of the stuff they're posting in the vs section. It was never this out of hand from what I remember.

Lmao, it's really changed a lot. I used to bash Sanji all the time and would upplay Zoro in most match ups. Now, I think a good chunk of the Zoro fandom here regards me as a Zoro hater/Sanji fanboy.
Some of it is. But it's also the progression of a train of thought. Zoro must always be = to Luffy. So when Luffy gets FS, Zoro automatically gets moved up to = FS Luffy. Ryou CoA Luffy? Zoro's now there too.
So when they see shit in Wano, like Hawkins doing damage, Kamazou causing him to pass out, et cetera, there's always gotta be another reason for why Zoro didn't live up to expectations than admitting Zoro's weaker than they think.

You sound just like the Sanji fans who used to say Sanji was injured/nerfed before fighting Vergo and Sanji didn't use Hells memories (Ashura in this case) against Doflamingo.

It doesn't change the fact that Luffy kicked the bucket from a single bite from Hody yet fought Doffy till the end and then fought Katakuri as well.
The difference between Sanji and Zoro is that Zoro has insane feats to overlook one thing that is for the most part plot induced where as even if we wipe away Vergo scene from One Piece, Sanji's feats doesn't stack up to any more than High Veteran to YC4 level while Zoro's feats make every commander look like ass water in comparison.
