Not sure how anyone is taking Saturn's comment to Kizaru as an insult. It is very clearl he's been conflicted about hurting Sentoumaru, Bonney and VP the last 5 chapters.
Saturn calling him "unusually slow" just lends credence that Luffy only hit him because he is conflicted and distracted. Yes, Kizaru is 100% a glass canon and cant take hits like Kaido, but that does not mean he's been remotely going all out.
Repeating myself, but there is 100% a reason Oda has stalled their fight. A big Flashback, among other things, needs to happen first, and its VERY likely Saturn alleviates Kizaru of the position of killing VP.
This will allow Kizaru to fight properly later on with Luffy.

Whining about pirates does not wash away Garp protecting actual child rapists and child murderers.
If Garp was willing to turn the blind eye to the Celestial Dragons raping, murdering, and enslaving kids, but refused to fight for Ace, he's top 10 trash in the series.
I don't care what his excuse is. Plenty of Pirates like Whitebeard chose protecting children over sucking up to the WG, if Garp was on Roger's level, and therefore Whitebeard's level, why couldn't he have chosen children over these Celestial Dragon shitheads???

VA is from Maynard to Garp... Bonney and Franky could be VA on the lower end of the spectrum with Bastille, John Giant and so on while Sanji is on the higher end with Onigumo and other elite VA.
Remember Smoker definitely deals with Franky and Bonney easily while Vergo took care of Smoker and gave PH Sanji a fine memento too. Momousagi and Chaton should be at least YC characters too.

This trash fight to take luffy and Kizaru out plot not even worth mentioning in terms of fights .
