I don't think you understand the implications of what you are saying, are you really bragging/betting on this being an Enma situation where the blade hard carries its user or that even with conquerors haki he wasn't be able to get past Vista.:vistalaugh:

I hope Oda doesn't follow the same path he took with the admirals, deciding not to give them CoC, and that Mihawk ends up without CoC, that would be a cruel joke.

Headcannon.

It wasn't his strongest attack. Mihawk blocked Crocodile. Mihawk never stated he was weaker than WB. He never ran away from Shanks. He hit Luffy with his first attack.

It doesn't matter anyway because when we saw Big Mom and Kaido bested, beat or blocked your fan base start coping and make excuses.

Several high tiers have CoC, CoC was said to be commonly found among those who have made a name for themselves according to Rayleigh, and according to Chinjao, the sea is full of conqueror's. Mihawk obviously will have it, especially given Zoro already displayed CoC coating at this point in the story.
