It took the 2nd most prominent and popular character, Zoro, almost 1020 chapters to show it. Hell, it took Roger like 950 chapters, and Garp almost 1100, to show it.
Roger and Garp were confirmed CoC users since

Mihawk has never been said to have CoC

Several high tiers have CoC, CoC was said to be commonly found among those who have made a name for themselves according to Rayleigh, and according to Chinjao, the sea is full of conqueror's. Mihawk obviously will have it, especially given Zoro already displayed CoC coating at this point in the story.
Like King?
Like Admirals?

It's funny how Mihawk should have CoC but Admirals who are even directly opposed to Luffy loke Yonko are but they don't have it
But Mihawk deserves it more

Lafitte sneaked in a room without being noticed despite "hawk eyes" being there.

His slashes were stopped by jozu,.

His sword was stopped by hakiless crocodile,

He spent 99% of his time hunting the likes of don krieg until WG took his shichibukai status and he had to join crocodile...

Every main villain/big shot where they were the focus of the arc has demonstrated CoC. Doffy, Katakuri, BM, Kaido, hell even Kidd was mentioned to have it just to make his rivalry with Luffy seem believable.

I expected Mihawk to demonstrate it upon intro to Cross Guild but I guess you could argue he wasn't the main focus. When he gets strong focus and main feats he will probably show off CoC.

On the other hand, if Kizaru doesn't show CoC in Egghead then that agenda is over too, just like him being the strongest antag until Saturn showed up. :myman:
