So, what are we speculating here? Mihawk wipes out the Marine Forces that came after him and that gave him a raise in bounty? Or, Mihawk joins BB and that gave him a raise? Or Mihawk's frozen bounty is revealed and Marines decide to increase the bounty (but not revealed is how much)?

Quoting myself here, but I misunderstood the tweet by YP. Currently, Blackbeard holds the highest ever bounty revealed in OP. I think he means that the highest ever revealed bounty just went up and it belongs to Mihawk.

So, I am guessing Mihawk will have a bounty of 2.5 billion bellies, or more broadly, anywhere between 2.247 billion and 3 billion.
