Now, a serious question!

We all enjoyed how Sanji took care of Bonney, and now in Kuma's flashback we see, that there's no mention of Bonney up to 14 years ago, which means that it's likely Bonney is younger than she looks, and her DF conveniently lets her change her biological age as she pleases.

So how do you all think, could it be that Sanji somehow sensed that Bonney is a minor/actually a child?

He's similar to Luffy in that regard where he senses a person's inner feelings.
