He was freedom fighter but it's after Ohara he made the revs.
Building up revs took time , like we saw him with Sabo there crew where still small.
Now the man got enough members to almost full cut of the CD food supplys .

Dragon was 33 y/o when Ohara Incident took place.

Akainu was also the same age and was a VA.

Aokiji was 27 if IIRC, and also a VA.

its not easy to be an admiral you need a free spot and Akainu aokiji kizaru were probably all 3 waiting for 1 .

The admirals fan always have Koby and he is a teh safest bet in this show .
Yonko fans tought once shanks is done you guys have nothing it will all be pirate king stuff after that .

Fairs.

He'd probably be a VA then. Still, his potential even back then was at a whole different level than the rest.

Im talking about the Buster Call garbage. They are all clearly irrelevant now in the grand scheme of things. There are like 4 SHs who'd stomp them & another 2/3 who'd give them a good fight bare minimum.

At this point Koby better than most VA .
