You project.

It's Oda's failure or we get Mihawk back.
OK listen, why Mihawk spared Zoro's life? If he was strongest then yes it could make sence, case no one even equel to him, but there is Shanks, alive, there is Kaido alive and there was WB alive. And if Mihawk was portrayted beyond all then I wouldn't have any problem, BUT he is not. Instead of Mihawk who can kill and defeat anyone in Marinford Oda downplayed him. WHY? Why Mihawk was strugling against Vista? Why after Marinford Mihawk became Zoro's sensei? Because he wasn't Final Zoro's opponent, and that was decided and confirmed in Marinford.

Who is stronger then Mihawk? Shilew? No. King? He is not a swordman. Gorosei? YES, indeed. So Mihawk basically will reveal truth after losing to Zoro that whole his purpose was to prepare Zoro for that battle that Mihawk wasn't to win.

it's admiral and mihawk fans are who mad/scared, oda retconned luffy's fruit to be a sun god zoan and made him the new joyboy who will succeed where the OG joyboy failed in defeating imu

not only, if Gorosei will end up stronger then Kaido you will see how people will cry about it.

The only yonko fan I've seen do this is Sasaki Kojiro. We've seen Kinyagi, Lee, Wiwi, Extravlad and various others make these strange topics downplaying Saturn...that aged badly.
that's because there still no prove that Gorosei are stronger then Kaido, and if that will be the case...oh boy

Well, sometime you need story of hatred and build up, but sometime you can learn true evil face only in last arc. Still WG ruled the world from the very begining, so that's nothing new, just face of it's King
thats fair but am not one to keep reading stories when am less invested in the characters
never finished naruto for the same reason
good luck to those that want to see this to the end.

I just hope Imu doesn't turn out like Kaguya. I'm fine with it as long as Oda has something good in store. If Imu just ends up being some final monster with no substance that keeps transforming into new forms, then it's gonna get real negative and toxic within the fanbase.

well, if Imu will capture Vivi this is great setup to be involved. And if Imu kills Dragon and Shanks? I see it...Imu could do that

Imu/Gorosei being final villains destroys like, half of the agendas of ALL types (not just powerscaling) created in One Piece so far. Simple as that. It's like Thanos wiping out half of the universe, Imu just wipes out half of the agendas.
-Yonko fans (I'm a Yonko fan myself):
-Kaido fans: Imu/Gorosei being stronger then Kaido, invalidates the agendas of Kaido fans, some of whom believe his still the strongest man alive in the entire verse. Period. They think Luffy will not fight any body stronger then Kaido ever again (at least on Reddit). Imu destroys that purely via powercreep of being a final villain.
-Blackbeard fans: They seem to have this deep seated obsession with making Blackbeard the final villain. Even though Oda has rubbed their faces in the dirt dozens of times. Like, Law? Running from Shanks? Running from Akainu? Running form old Rayleigh? His been a all around pathetic character that's would be extremely anti-climatic as a final villain and even Oda seems to think so! Blackbeard fans still push so hard to make him the final villain for some reason "he'll kill Imu and become the king of the world so Luffy can fight him at the end" "he'll kill Saturn to get a fruit boost and become stronger then everybody" etc etc. I also think some Zoro fans and Shanks haters also hope to see him as a final villain so they 1 up Luffy, due to Blackbeards many anti feats and Luffy still having him a final villain. They also probably think Blackbeard is the "weakest" final villain Luffy can have, since we already know his much squishier then others, as opposed to Imu having some godly super fruit/s and/or Haki on another level trained for 800 years or something. Imu would be the most frightening for them in that regard, Oda could make Imu absolutely broken capable of no diffing pirate king levels or something insane, and Luffy will rise to that level after he beats Imu.
-Admiral/Akainu fans: They're agenda is already on the ventilator but they've pinned all their hopes on Akainu. Gorosei/Imu being stronger means admirals were just figureheads/servants and they'd be pushed down to glorified Yonko commanders with the Gorosei/Imu being the real deal, like, imagine Franky and Jinbei dealing with GB because Zoro has went to fight Gandhi etc etc.
-Mihawk fans: The Mihawk agenda has taken countless L's, but his fans are still hoping his Zoro's final opponent which is why he'll be strong and not some bum like his being portrayed as. Sword Gandhi Gorosei completely destroys that and Mihawks title as a fraud. It means they also take a massive L on their titlescaling on Shanks. They're current answer to Shanks feats is "but but title WSS". But Gandhi invalidates his title. Without that its just a bum who stalemated and retreated from a YC5 Vs somebody that foddered a admiral/ 1 shotted 1/2 of the ones that defeated BM etc etc.
-Title scalers as a whole: Yup. Mihawk fans think Mihawk is stronger then every person that holds a sword in the verse, Whitebeard fans think Whitebeard is stronger then everybody, Kaido fans think Kaido is stronger then everybody and creature alive etc etc. What happens when a creature (Imu), man (Gorosei), swordsman (Gandhi) all end up stronger? Titlescalers all lose their collective shit. Simple.
-Some Blackbeard fans don't care for power, they just want good, brave, kind, heroic Gary Stu Luffy V sneaky "real pirate behaving", backstabbing dirty trick playing scummy pirate Blackbeard. They remember that bar scene between Luffy and Blackbeard and his dreams speech and think Oda promised them that Blackbeard has to be Luffy's final villain. End of. Its not good enough that he could be a middle villain, still end game, but not final.

The Imu/Gorosei being the final villain murders like, half of the character agendas and most of the powerscaler agendas.

I already have gorosei above Kaido but for now it is debatable. Imu sama is obviously going to be strongest character of all time.

Those are admiral wank subs so of course they will argue any top tier beats any gorosei.
The only clear admiral wank sub is r/piratefolk where theres all the insert akainu art write HIM spam is present, in r/onepiecepowerscaling they actually downplay admirals against yonkos and other characters, saying they're weaker then yamato etc etc. but the moment gorosei/imu is mentioned they'll all downplay gorosei/imu.

Younko are nothing more than just fillers
You could cry all you want. It wont change how Oda is writing the story. In Oda's own words, "One Piece is a story of Luffy fighting yonkos"

I could at least see the argument if you call Big Mom and Kaido fillers even though I disagree with them. But the main characters of the series were/are all yonkos. Putting Luffy-Blackbeard aside, do you want to call Shanks, the idol of Luffy - the man who set him on the path of piracy, a filler character? Roger was introduced as a great pirate (similar to other yonkos). Whitebeard, Roger's equal, and the man who ruled the next era was a yonko.

SO why then people don't want Imu to be the final villain?
Let me ask you the opposite question, why dont you want Blackbeard to be the final villain? The reason is simple. You bums have zero imagination and want to read another Naruto, where Kaguya becomes the final villain without any proper build up and destroys the story.
