Because i think, every member of the beast pirates including tobi roppo believe that kaido will be the Pirate King right.
Because we know in the end of the arc, Luffy will be victorious and all of them will realize if Kaido will not become the Pirate King.
Thats what im thinking in the end of the arc. Kaido will leave onigashima (idk where) and Onigashima and Wano will became Luffy's first territory as a Yonko (if he promoted became a yonko, and Kaido demoted from Yonko).

But I don't know what Kaido crew will do after the war, Oda will maybe show it in a cover story like with CP9 or Baroque Works
No, what i mean is because tobi roppo is a group of pirate captains. And they believe if Kaido will became pirate king.
And after he got defeated later in the story, there has to be someone from tobi roppo realize if Kaido will not became a pirate king.
And thats why IMO the tobi roppo will became luffy/law/kidd alliance.

The Tobbi roppo seem to respect Kaido a lot, likely because they respect strength a lot. Given than nobody will likely defeat Kaido 1 vs 1 that maybe BM will betray him I don't know if they will really respect Luffy like Kaido.
And WsW and co don't seem like guys Luffy will befriend. But maybe Kid can add a F6 to his crew and with his whole crew.
But I think in the end the majority of the F6 seeing that Kaido is done and they will take their crews and become solo crew again
I don't want the F6 to be with Luffy at the end, if they have to choose someone I prefer the other SN. They really need a buff.
But I really want to see a Page One/Ultimedia cover story later

Law has seen Sanji in RS and Drake and Hawkins has recognized Stealth Black at the bath house so it could happen
I dont think Sanji will save Momo coz he is away from the main building ( where Luffy, Zoro and Kidd are)
