Now that we see Bonney is really only around 12ish years old, but in her adult form she is much wiser, and stronger than a 12 year old, it has solidified it for me that Bonney is going to age Luffy to fight against Saturn. It's Thriller Bark 2.0, with Nightmare Luffy,

I said it before, Bonney shares the same theme as the Big Mom pirates, and on Thriller Bark, Lola was responsible for Nightmare Luffy.
This can't not happen. Oda will give us a small glimpse of what EoS Luffy is capable of, much like he gave us a glimpse of what early postkip Luffy would be capable of, back on Thriller Bark.

Honestly that, plus his relation to the crew, is why I think he's the last crew member. This backstory seems way too good for a side character at this point.

In fact i wold say they probably do know advance of haki since one was on the rocks shipans sure to see advance haki during there fights.

Kuma becoming a warlord probably has to do with the corrupt king outing him and bonney living there. Kuma taking out the king and having to make a deal with the world government to keep Bonney safe

Bonney becoming an old lady to represent all the other old people. With kuma’s past companions on the island being by her side protecting her while kuma was away

Bonney being raised by the elders could also explain her being able to pass as an adult
