Throughout this arc we do see that Kizaru has conflicted feelings, he really doesn't want to kill Vegapunk, he didn't want to fight and defeat Sentomaru, and he didn't want to hurt Bonney either.

While I'm not saying he will 100% switch sides but the possibility is still there.

Kizaru moved great distances in an instant not Luffy and travel speed is not the same as combat speed, that's why Sentomaru can keep up with Kizaru.
You're reading a completely different manga, Lucci went blow for blow with G5 and dodged several attacks, multiple characters slower than Alber kept up with Kizaru.

You miss the whole point of Kizaru luffy fight it was not about combat speed but distances speed.
That why you had luffy chasing after Kizau the whole fight and then he had to attack and block after he catch up .
Even when luffy get his hit on Kizaru he was chasing after him in the air which him try to keep up with him in distances to save VP.
Like Oda even show how fast Kizaru run away from luffy and had luffy try his best to catch up .
