And that's the sacrifice he's going to make for now in order to ensure that the bigger picture is achieved. If Dragon falls before their Worldwide rebellion kicks off, then decades worth of planning was done for nothing.

You act like it's so easy for him to be replaced. He's been the one whose been orchestrating everything for over 20 years. Everyone is willing to following him and his cause, because he built that up.

Even if someone does take his place in the event something happens to him, there is no guarantee that people will accept a new leader. People will leave, and the army will be greatly reduced. Then it no longer becomes a Worldwide Revolution. It's becomes a suicide mission, filled with a bunch of remnants, and we all see how well that worked out for the Whitebeard Pirates.

oda showed chopper stating he found human df and ate it
oda revealed brook already ate the revive df when found it with his crew
robin df she shown in oharu, and clover getting mad she used it to spy.

meanwhile bonney eats some rare random df that even old people never found, i dunno why oda needs to have old people point this out, even kuma shocked. so he had no idea about df being near his home. and bonney never leaves church area.

Someone taking his place don't mean revs would be the same differnt people have differnt leader ships styles.
Plus Dragon should be a top tier also but he also a D and has CoC which charm people .
It not like you simple replace Kaido or WB and even Sengoku leader ship style is differnt from Akainu .

Not mention the man is D and has CoC which what most likely help him build up revs for 20 years
