Looking back at Saboady, I wonder if Kizaru went there to save the people from getting nuked by the Gorosei. You could see he pressured Sengoku that he will clean up the mess but all he did was troll around while Kuma helped the Straw Hats escape.
Fantastic chapter. Bonney and Kuma deserve some fucking happiness after all this shit
Sucks I didn't have time to discuss after the chapter dropped this week. Had fun spamming the spoiler thread tho. Will never forget Kizaru twerking for Nika memes
It wasn't a shocking chapter but I loved some scenes of the chapter mihawk not reacting while sinks a ship the three brothers and another sichibukai dad-daughter relationship
The first one, probably because Vegapunk is selfish in his science ambition, Kizaru because he is a Marine lapdog and Kuma is a pirate who is only there for a deal. So no "real" friendship.
Second one, probably because "Daddy hid things from me!"
Are you being serious? Everyone on this panel is hiding the truth from Bonney. Kuma ,with full intent, condemns Bonney to a terrible childhood as a hostage who has no idea that she never gets to see her parent again. How does he expect her to react once she finds out? Does he think he can keep her in a state of blissful ignorance forever? He's not even there to make sure the truth is kept from her and thus condemns her to a life of mental anguish. He leaves his only daughter in the hands of a f.cking CP0 assassin🙃. He trusts the world government to keep their end of the deal but how can he trust an organisation that enslaved him, his family, killed his family ,kidnapped & raped and then killed his girlfriend!?

If Kuma hadn't done all that, Bonney would have died before her 10th. But instead, Kuma, with full intent, condemned Bonney to a terrible childhood as a hostage who had no idea that she would never get to see her parent again. He was not even there to make sure the truth was kept from her and thus condemned her to a life of mental anguish. He left his only daughter in the hands of a fucking CP0 assassin. He trusted the world government to keep their end of the deal.
And guess what? Bonney fucking lived. If Kuma didn't do the aforementioned, Bonney would have died. Oh no, what a terrible dad! He saved her life but hurt her feelings! Poor Bonney, she deserved a better father!
