I like how this section of the leaks is just being completely ignored by everybody, acting like Oda's isn't trying his hardest to drill in the idea of Luffy clashing with Saturn into the heads of his viewers, multiples times:
"I know "Nika" is just a legend. But I promised Bonney that one day a "warrior of liberation" will come to free her. Luffys actions moved me!! I think he's the man who might end up changing the seas one day!!"
-Kuma seeing Luffy punch a celestial dragon- "this is a rebellious act that no one has been able to do for centuries!!"
Then there's the worlds shocking incident that is guaranteed to happen on Egghead.
What kind of copium does one have to be on to ignore all these cues of Luffy repeating this act. In a grander scale. On Egghead (AKA defeat of a world elder to one up what he did before) and hope for Kuma fighting/killing Saturn and them escaping?
Also what's with the comparison of Big Mom and Saturn? Is Oda now gonna be spending the next 20 years giving each of the Gorosei entire arcs for Luffy to fight? Or is it the more obvious comparison of Saturn being Katakuri and Kizaru Cracker of Egghead, and Imu basically Big Mom, which Luffy defeats a few arcs earlier so eventually Zoro/Sanji can fight one of the Gorosei (like they did with YC1/YC2 King and Queen) and Luffy fighting Imu, AKA him fighting Kaido, whos on the same level of Big Mom?

The very fact that Kuma is acting on his own right now means either Kuma has some faint memory of who he is, or he has some secret objective.
Both scenarios mean that Punk didn't completely comply to Saturn's directions.
And we know already that Punk had freedom to put in objectives. Cause Kuma had the objective of protecting Sunny.
Ain't no way Saturn allows something like that after Ennies lobby and other incidents if he had knowledge of the objective.

We got the explanation for this at the start of the arc… Oda introduces the idea that Vegapunk cannot entirely remove base desires and instincts… Vegapunk failed to completely remove his Robot shark’s tendencies to attack shit… and that’s just a shark, a mindless animal
Vegapunk doesn’t have a back up plan or a secret plan or whatever, he simply cannot remove Kuma’s instincts no matter how hard he tries… And Saturn either probably knows that and just accepts it or he doesn’t know that and thinks Vegapunk managed to do it

bonney-represents hope for kuma imo, he was there for her/sacrifice for her and luffy.. he never have anyone help/save him.. so now his turn to be saved finally!!

He recognized her, he still didn't greet her, he went along with his full part of the deal letting them remove his memories, he was confident on her being a strong pirate, he wasn't angry at the WG for her not being on Sorbet Kingdom (because the part that worried him was her not being detained in a WG facility, not that she should never ever leave Sorbet or something), he wasn't scared "of a literal child being a pirate".

Oda is showing Kuma’s pov and thoughts regarding Luffy throughout this chapter and yet he conspicuously SKIPS giving us what Kuma’s thought were during this nothing happened thriller bark situation
Like technically Luffy was not in any danger really. Kuma was fucking with Zoro the entire time and almost killed him just for the sake of it
