More like Saturn wouldn't be able to move in Zoro's presence.
Define trouble. Zoro always pulled good fights despite the DF/Hax trick until he fully understands it and finishes his fight.
Mr 1 is the only fight he couldn't harm a shit his opponent until he used haki.
King suffered some damage from Zoro before he evolved his haki and learned his trick.

Perhaps there a limit to how many people Saturn can hold in place like a real spider.
Trouble as in Zoro is having a hard time dealing damage to his opponent by not knowing his opponent's ability. Trouble as in he not having an easy time defeating said opponent.

This is like making a thread named "Would Younko Luffy be able to hurt Seraphins" a few months ago
Then we jump to Luffy and Zoro saying they are tougher than Kaido and panting while trying to do it
It doesn't necessarily mean they can't do it, it just means the plot hasn't pushed them far enough at that specific moment. In this case is harder to tell because we already knew Lunarians with flames on their back were almost untouchable, but with Saturn, we still don't understand how his ability works till now
Luffy got caught by Doflamingo's "Parasite" multiple times before being able to slightly fight against it (slightly, he didn't broke through the strings), he needed to get used to it and he needed someone being close to getting killed right in front of him
So the answer is, Zoro is fighting Lucci for more than 10 chapters using KoH who isn't even a CoC user, nothing tells me he would be able to free himself, at least not that easily. Perhaps not even Luffy can do it (hot take because Gear 5 is just broken)
