I prefer One Piece in general, but Naruto's art is hands down better. Oda is more detail-oriented (e.g.: puts a lot of work in the backgrounds) and creative, which is great, but most of his female character designs are derivative of himself.

Well she is , I would probably put her as most beautiful female from Naruto . Mei Terumi , Kushina , Mabui are also there at top for me .

But when I compare their manga drawings ( without fanmade version which are improved and beautified ) its clear those from One Piece are more beautiful.

Boa Hancock , Robin , Rebecca , Koala , Shirahoshi . I would easily put each one above every female from Naruto.

Naruto has: Mei, Hinata (timeskip), Hinata's sister, Kakashi's bitch and I think that's it. Kushina is okay, Tsunade is overrated, Sakura's been ugly ever since she cut her hair and it's a goddamn shame what Boruto did to most of these.

One piece has too many to name but Perona and Vivi alone sideline all of these. Not to mention Rebecca/Viola, Robin's mom > Robin

Fairy Tail has the hottest girls in anime/manga though.
