Kaido, one of the literal strongest character in the damn manga, didn't even kill a single fucking named character in onigashima "war". fodder or otherwise.

Oda has killed more characters that are important to the story than Togashi has. Togashi only kills fodders and background characters.

Togashi's health issues doesn't affect the fact that he actually would kill off major characters. Succession war/ Boat arc is literally supposed to be the end for many of the major characters. we know this. Him not being able to sit upright to finish the damn arc doesn't change that.

So he hasn't killed anyone important. Gotcha.
