A serious G2/G3 Luffy who makes use of FS+adv.CoA, would beat the crap out of P1 and Ulti. But we know Luffy. He likes to goof around and receive more damage than necessary. Yeah, he wanted to use G4 when Ulti grabbed him, because by now he can use G4 pretty casually (even using it on the fodder beast pirates ship when fighting along with Law and Kidd) and he wanted to end things quickly without wasting time.

Doflamingo's DF was working. Queen's wasn't. That's the difference.
Oda is showcasing Zooan recovery, which he's been doing since Impel Down. It doesn't mean they weren't defeated.

Could be like the Mulan trope, where Yamato simply acts male to appease custom or genuinely hide gender from others. Maybe no one else, save for Kaido, allows Yamato to take off the mask.
Its really something we don't know yet. Yamato's gender or preference isn't concrete atm.
Personally I think she's female, but Kaido wanted a son and is fucked up about it. I really don't think we have another Kiku/Izo thing going on here. That would entirely step on what those character represent already.

BS i guess Apoo destroys Luffy then right. He just keeps hitting him while he KO. Also Holdem was knockout the chapter. Didn't get up like Page 1 n Ulti. He also had hella bandages chapters later. Lets see if they need medical attention.

Oh fuck off. Hody was taken down by Elephant Gatling after a whole other set of moves. P1 hasn't shown anything to tank an Elephant Gatling.
