Plus, who is speaking about population going missing ? I'm talking about a process of responsibilization (that should not be enforced) here, not a fascist genocide. People being more active, and more responsible about their environment and therefore understanding that its not viable for all to create extended families.
Which will create a stagnation and perhaps a diminution of the human population over time:
Less humans, less CO2, better planet, better societies, better humans.

Its not about stopping the reproduction. Only a child would understand that from what I said. Its about responsibilization and making less children. 1 or two children is fine, 3 or 4 its more debatable..
Step by step, day by day, reforms after reforms.
- Taxing the superprofit to the maximum would be a good first step.
- Before doing anything else, you need to create laws to prevent anyone from gaining wealth over a certain limit. (some say 1 to 2 Million Euro per person)
- After that you might wanna create an universal wage indiscriminataly
- Then you prevent powerful lobbying from having a say in election and medias
- You follow that by an enormous reform of education that will end the ideology of meritocracy
- You allow unions to developp on a large scale
- You create laws to desintegrate fiscal frauds
- You create social reforms to make the system crack in order to give the worker as much power in the production as possible
- You create ethic chart for the use of AI.
- You create reforms to limit the abuse linked to inheritance
- You plan correctly the automation of society
- You create gov. scaled assemblies of scientists and expert on all fields, especially social sciences.
- You create antipatriarcal and antiracists reforms to get rid as much as possible of the systemic sexism and racism in institutions
- You create a new "social capital structure" for children and adults, this will be a structure parrallel to school that will developp the social capitals of children through FREE and subsidize activities.
- You create equity reforms for people to access this previously mentionned "social capital structure". People with less will be priviledged in the access to make sure that even people or children from more excluded background and with less social, economic and cultural capital will be given the same chances.
By now, we should live in a much better, equal and safer society for everyone.. the rest will crack on its own and we will need to make the transition toward a better system.. the question is, which one ?
A better society is possible. But for that, we will make wealthy and powerfull people very angry. And that's why we can only rely on our two allies : Science and the people.

And no, people will not stop feeling the incentive to work, that's a common myth that ignorant conservative have toward the concept of universal income. Oh sure, people will be less focus on labor field but that's why you must add bonuses to the already existing income. But other than that, people will still produce, but will produce better, more efficiantly.
