How is it headcanon? Out of the 5 pages Saint Shanks has been in the story, probably more of them have been about Blackbeard than Luffy.

It's a waste of time for Luffy to even fight Blackbeard if Saint Shanks already beat him. For both Luffy and Saint Shanks, BB is a duel to the death - they aren't letting him get away.

Im pretty sure he has to think about teleporting to teleport. That moment of thinking has him meet Luffys fist planted firmly in his face. And Luffy has future sight as well he should know where Augur will teleport to.

Blackbeard is still a lot weaker than Saint Shanks.

It's not a coincidence Saint Shanks one shot kid while Law put up a fight against BB

It's been said to death but that's just how Blackbeard fights DF users. He will tank damage and go straight for the opponent because he wins as soon as he touches them.

With Saint Shanks the gameplan would be entirely different, and we haven't seen what he has prepared for that because we've only seen him against DF users. He may be weaker than Saint Shanks but I doubt it'd be a huge difference.

You can clearly see how much stronger Saint Shanks is by the Law and Kid fights.

With Kuzan on his side?
Im not sure, without Kuzan I maybe would agree, but the Kuzan and Teach dynamic change everything.

These are legit two top tiers on similar levels.
The only one who should keep up with Kuzan in Saint Shanks crew should be Ben Beckman but he will already have full hands with Shiryuu.

With Kuzan in his team, Blackbeard pirates are probably above any other Yonkou crew(the four post timeskips).
