Team 2 will have way better mobility : with Doffy DF able to fly, Wrap and Diamanté that can float / uses tricks
But Team 1 has higher firepower
Ray with haki > BB with haki
and BM can still do ikkokus while Fuji won’t be able to use gravito blade anymore
and WB with mochi powers hits harder than Sengoku with Doffy powers

Imo the teams are balanced, BM is strong but WB has a disease so on a timer. Fuji has maxed out haki and so does BB so they should both do well.
BB vs Ray I give to BB due to being younger and in his prime.
Fuji vs BM I give to BM after a tough fight.
WB vs Sengoku Idk tbh.
This can work especially given that WB may go down first due to his health liberatign whoever is fighting him to jump and help the others.
Imo the teams are balanced, BM is strong but WB has a disease so on a timer. Fuji has maxed out haki and so does BB so they should both do well.

Ray is a better fighter and more experienced using only haki and sword to fight. Him having a DF (useless here) is just a bonus and not a nerf. Here BB is quite nerfed from his Yonko self, he isn’t known to have huge skills with either pistols or swords and he doesn’t have his two Uber strong DF

You forget that BB managed to scar Shanks with a weapon. He at the very least would be proficient at that weapon, I think its named Claw or something. Regardless his stats and higher endurance/durablity should carry him against Rays old age.

But we have seen none of it. Fuji each time he is clashing with someone with his sword he is using his DF.
Admiral Fuji the one we are seeing now with his overall level is using his Uber strong DF to fight each time.
While BM is a juggernaut even without homies and she is using a fighting sword style on screen without her DF, she can use elbaf spear, Hakai etc. Coupled with BM insane physical, in a direct clash i favor BM here to be the less nerf of the two.
And with enlightment and brain eureka BM will be even more skilled as a fighter.
And Bm should be a nightmare to put down too
I agree that WB can have problems with his health, but the mochi DF logia like powers with FS can make WB avoid many hits and being hit a lot less then if he was « tengible »

Ray all bread and butter is fighting like that. He became a Yonko like threat fighting like that.
While BB became a top tiers with the two strongest DF out there.

Well Law couldnt move BM and Kaido because their haki was too strong, not sure BB can move them around. Maybe he could move Whitebeard since he has less Haki mastery.
Also BM isnt going to be a dumbass with that fruit. But WB is a weak link since he will deteriorate.
Ray is also old so he will have stamina issues.

Sure thing, but BB can move himself. These match-ups require a lot of imagination and in my mind with tier 5 mastery of the fruit and awakened, someone as cunning and sneaky as BB being able to spam teleport all around the battlefield with little stamina issue is dangerous.
Like I can picture Old Ray and Issho going at it, Ray would have to fully focus on haki equalized Issho considering how his clash against a Kizaru (who should be inferior as a swordsman to Fujitora) went. Blackbeard would 100% punch the back of his head with a devastating ACOC punch.
I think the problem boils down to team 1 having two top tiers past their prime. Maybe BM with high IQ could save it but I'm not sure.

Honestly Big Mom should identify teach as the biggest threat with his teleport and go after him first. WB could help lock him down with Mochi as well.

Depends on ages of some characters but I will go with Team 1, Ray and Meme with Tier 5 haki ia too OP and that Meme has Choppers fruit which makes her a genius instead of what she was in Wano. Fatty is a clumsy fighter. All Tier 5 guys have shitty fruits tbh with maybe BB having a better one, we are still unsure of its capabilities.
