No one is going down or "was" completely for the whole arc, people usually wake up pretty quickly unless they got killed or have a pine issues like Ckraker.

The most people lying down and beeing badly injuried after a fight, like Ecki,Katakuri,Doffy. In Pageone and Ulti case they have just bruise and beeing fit overall. The spoiler guy even hype up their durability, you need more and powerfull attack to take them down or you get the same problem as with the impel down zoans. You don't can't win the war if you can't knock out the enemy out of the war.

I dont think she might join strawhat , insanely powerful.

Even if he/she is YC1 level, Zoro/Sanji/Jinbe will there too. No issue.
