General & Others 6 Years Later… How do you feel about Luffy Vs Katakuri?

My man in christ you talk about plot armor and bs tropes (without mentioning them, and bs tropes encompasses power up for shonen, but I guess that you are just randomly spouting buzzwords now) but are a fan of a walking trope yourself, so much that you identify as him making him your propic and name on a forum.. You know Zoro is not real, right?
I don't know why 5 is a relevant number, but every important fight Zoro has with a non-fodder he awakens a new power, it happens with Kaku out of nowhere, with King and and with mr.1, again out of nowhere for mr.1.
At least in Luffy v Katakuri you see Luffy trying to learn it from Katakuri himself.
I don't understand why Luffy winning a battle of principle with the best choreography so far in the manga is such a problem for you.
And again, Luffy "did not win".

1- katakuri says he won't underestimate Luffy, he then burries him in Mochi and proceeds to then go eat donuts laying on his back and laughing out lord
2- Luffy conveniently found Brûlée randomly sitting in a corner while he was runing away because G4 timelimit
3- Katakuri kills his own allies because they saw his face but grows a conscience when it comes to the intruder who beat his family and promised to kill his mom numerous times; he even kidnapped his favourite sister multiple times in the arc, you know the sister that made Katakuri become what he is today.
Should I stop or you need more to be satisfied ?
I don't ''identify'' as a cartoon character with abnormal strenght who uses three swords, I just like his design and the relation he has with Chopper and yes I have been following OP for more than 15years so ofc I like talking about it with others who are passionate about it.
I also play video-games and have other names I use depending on the subject I'm involved in.
5 is a random number to show how little power ups Zoro got compared to other Shonen and especially post-ts Luffy.l who literally got 4 power-ups in Wano alone.
''Out of nowhere with Mr1'', so the little FB he got went over your head ? You could have talked about Ashura which is indeed out of nowhere but you chose the worst one, weirdly enough...
Luffy learned FS in a couple of hours lol what kind of ''at least'' is this ? We are talking about a power that Rayleigh mentionned being very hard to attain and it took Katakuri years to get it but let's give it to Luffy randomly brcause he saw zkatakuri use it a coupke times; the worst part is that, again, you're the one talking about power-ups and brought tgem up.
Yes, Luffy didn't ''win'' that fight in the traditional sense of the term, he had so much help from the stroy writer that it wouldn't have surprised me if Katakuri broke the 4th wall and spat on Oda's face for being unfair.
Luffy ''wins'' his fights by bs (post-ts at least), even Cracker was questionable...

And i also mentioned the kaku fight, oi.
Luffy got no power ups that he didn't have already in any fights in post ts, and every power up in wano he trained for, with conquerors being just him copying Kaido.
And why is a FB during Mr.1 fight enough for you, but for luffy is BS? a one second fb is not comparable yo copying a technique you know exists and you can already do in less capacity?
Gear second was just copying soru after all.
Something we have seen Luffy can do.
Except G5 but that's another pair of pants of course, awakening was to be expected but not all the stuff about nika, lol.

king struggled against a half dead Zoro after he gave his all against Kaido and BM and still got bested while Zoro was able to last 10mins max if that…
katakuri was able to fight and beat Luffy for 11 hrs while Luffy had every single plot armor to help him keep up with Katakuri, g2/g3 outdone by base kata, g4 out blitzed and overpowered by hard mochi, Luffy gains FS and still unable to tag and keep up with kata, Luffy gains snakeman to out blitz kata, kata still outpaced and speed blitzed him with donut mochi.
a weaker version of that Luffy was already able to clash evenly with big mom at the wedding..
katas base stats dwarf g3 and are equivalent to g4 Luffy while power mochi enhances those stats and boost him ahead of g4 Bound/Snakeman….
the people who continuously state kata doesn’t have ap to deal with king king doesn’t have any real tools to deal with kata tbh
kata can easily keep up with king in speed, all kings has going for him is lunarian bloodline and nothing more.
black mamba did nothing to kata and neither did Kong gun, organ and every other move Luffy had in his arsenal was unable to do anything to kata.

The reason why people wanted him to lose was not only because many people found Kat cool, but also because it logically would never make sense for Luffy to win without the story bending over backwards for such an outcome to come to fruition. If Oda simply written Kat to not be so overwhelming, or have Luffy be much more prepared to face Kat in some way, so many wouldn't be calling for Luffy's defeat.
