Luffy often leaves arcs weaker than the arc villain. This is very evident in wano, with current Luffy still being weaker than Kaido.

The same will likely happen in Elbaf with Teach.

Oda has already set up Law and Shanks as rivals of Teach, chances are, they’re going to put in work against Teach.

Shanks will payback Teach for his eye scar and Law will get revenge for his loss.

This will ultimately have the same effect as Zoro and Yamato’s help in wano, giving Luffy assistance so he can recover after being temporarily defeated.

I doubt it. This is the Nika show. And BB is the black Nika. Goofy's arch rival. Goofy might take more than one attempt against Black Nika. But it's gonna be 1 v 1.

Lol, the writer is hyping him up. The gorosei decided to anger kaido to stop his awakening, the people at this point in the story are marking off for him, even an admiral twerks to his heartbeat and this clown here has absurd takes. Godfy top one for a reason clown.

Luffy was stronger already than every villain he faced in East Blue. He was even stronger than Smoker already if it were not for his newbie filter Logia intagibility.
After timeskip Luffy was already stronger than every villain he faced before Doflamingo.

I would even say that your assumption is only true for a handful of characters Luffy has met.
Crocodile, Enel, Blackbeard, Magellan, Admirals/Sengoku/Garp, BM, Kaido.
And out of those he only actually fought and defeated 3.

Not even for Imu, you would need Law, Shanks and Luffy together. Blackbeard seemed to struggle against Law alone, the weakest of the three. When Blackbeard invades Elbaf, Luffy will be ready to depart because Law will be awaiting execution at New Marineford. Shanks will assure Luffy that he will defeat Blackbeard alone. Of course he won't.

When Luffy finally faces Teach for real, the Strawhats will be reinforced by Smoker and Tashigi, who will defeat BBP allies Kid and Killer.

Wet dreams. Kaido was just built different and Luffy became built different after fighting and defeating him. Nobody except Imu and Shanks is pushing Luffy that hard into needing significant help, especially not fodder like Blackbeard. Going by his character his more likely Blackbeard will be receiving significant help against Luffy because Luffy will have become the new Kaido.

Talking about Loro.
-Failing to defeat 1 HP Lucci after he received help from:
1. Emperor Luffy
2. Stussy (poison bite)
3. Seastone and it still wasn't enough help for fodder Loro and now Jinbei will help Loro to jump 1HP Lucci in 2v1
