Its either Luffy overrated or Luffy became another hypetool for another character once again.

Luffy frequently oscilates between both. Now he's used as a way to hype Ulti and Yamato and yet once he'll face Kaido he'll "recover" his power as if by magic and people will forget his troubles against Ulti and Apoo.

What's funny is that you don't hear any of his wankers speak about the fact he couldn't even damage Yamato nor get the upperhand with his G3 + advanced Coa which is supposed to scale to Base kaido according to them.
Instead they will surely continue to overrate him,conveniently forgetting what happens this chapter .
