This is the second time Luffy's strength has been hyped. It was hyped by Page One and Ulti, now Yamato is hyping Luffy's strenght. Just how strong is Luffy that he can afford to fuck around like this.

This got confirmed further when Ulti was thinking Yamato is just a brat who couldnt matchup with the grownups yet (and the attack clearly hurt her). The only one who have this feat is Linlin. Both Queen and Ulti got up ar few moments after they got beat up. Yamato is highly likely older than the two of them.
