I decided to go undercover and I'm back with the intel:

Q: Oda-sensei! I noticed both Teach and Doflamingo used guns but they ran out of bullets! How is this possible? Were they cheap models?

A: "Hmmm yes, I see. You really want to know how many bullets there are in each pistol or rifle? Let's just say it's all up to your will and being in "the moment". If I wrote the story with guns being realistic, it would not be very fun for my readers. Can you imagine reloading after each shot? So very long, annoying! Of course, I will make exceptions.
