Lucci was low diff for Gear 5 Luffy but it still took Gear 5 for that low diff

It would have been high/mid diff in CoCless Gear 4

G5 defeated luffy lucci no diff, but this was a narrative scene, vegapunk had to introduce the nika to the crew and explain his theory, for which luffy must have been using g5.
Even in his base form, Luffy could comfortably beat Lucci

The feats of the Base form are underestimated, although they are very strong
