Lucci could probably be a post-Egghead admiral, on the low end of the tier. His colour kinda checks out with orange and devil fruit being zoan too, I wanted to make a thread about this but too bad his animal really doesn't. I also think his strenght level isn't really appropriate for the last introduced Admiral before EoS...

I wrote a theory ages ago which did a lot of the rounds when I was like 13 about how Coby will be the Orange Admiral and it still (currently) holds up - only stipulation being Coby would get the Mera Mera no Mi off of Sabo (probably post-final war). Lucci's not going to be an Admiral. I know people want him to be so they have an excuse to wank off Zoro again but he simply isn't. Closest he gets is being a close confidante to Aramaki.

He probably was, you know. Evidently he was NOT strong enough to become an Admiral, same scenario as Momousagi or Chaton. But if you had to short list 10-15 candidates he is probably right up there. In the end two of the strongest, Fujitora and Ryukogyu, ended up as admirals (although I'd say Magellan is probably stronger than Ryukogyu and if there is a CP-0 boss he is likely up there as well).

I don't WANT Lucci to be an Admiral. I simply believe he is strong enough to be on a short list of the top 10-15 candidates and he fell short, i.e. confidante to an Admiral. It is in my view no different than Marco being a POSSIBLE Yonko, and while he is absolutely one of the 10-15 best candidates out there he is not Yonko level.

The same goes for Shichibukai candidates, out of the thousands out there the WG try to get the 7 best. It's not like they just pick one. They make a list of candidates and then ask them (like Ace). If they decline they ask the next one on the list.

Except we know the Egghead incident is global news so most likely they will report on it but say everything bad that happened was Luffy or Vegapunks fault. Given the profile of the incident they could get bounties. They've had bounties one arc after another in the new world as they become more and more prominent.

From what we can tell, post Elbaf will be Lodestar which is the island just before Laughtale at which point we're in the end game and the WG has no business issuing bounties instead of preparing for war, so they will get bounties after this and after Elbaf most likely.

Can I have the updated bounties as at current chapter within this forum?

We're usually talking about individual bounties, which is why I thought about the average bounties of the different seas. We already know, that it's 3 mil in the EB, which is the weakest of all Blues. Considering West is the opposite of East I'd guess the West Blue could have around double the amount on average, so 6 mil, while the South and North Blue could be somewhere in between with 4 and 5 mil.

Then we have the Paradise. We know that Bellamy was called the Big-Time Rookie. He was a special and promising pirate so the average bounty in the Paradise should be lower than his 55 mil from back then. My guess is 30 mil on average. This is 10 times the amount of the EB average bounty and is reflected in Luffys bounty as well, who was the strongest pirate in EB but only of average strength in the Paradise.

I'll apply the same logic to the NW as well. The average bounty there could be 300 mil Beli, which is 10 times the amount of the Paradise and 100 times the amount of the EB. 300 mil Beli is also Luffys bounty, when he reaches Shabondy together with the other Supernovae, who were the most powerful pirates in the Paradise but only mediocre in terms of the NW. 300 mil is also the threshold, where it becomes difficult to raise your bounty even further, according to Jimbei. Only elite pirates get past this bounty.

So what do you think? Is this a realistic scenario about the average bounties of the different seas?

I agree with God of Finance.
300millions-350millions seems a bounty assigned especially to promising pirates like the Supernovae.
Above (between 360 millions and 550 millions) seems to be assigned to Yonkou officers or Yonkou main fighters (Pekoms, Tamago).

Well, I guess all the fodder doesn't have a bounty, so I'm not including them here. Otherwise the average would be way lower of course.

Above (between 360 millions and 550 millions) seems to be assigned to Yonkou officers or Yonkou main fighters (Pekoms, Tamago).

The average bounty in the New World seems to be 200 millions. I'm basing myself on average pirates like Bellamy or Squard to say that.

I can also see an amount around that number. But then again there are so many really high bounties nowadays, even in the billions, that lift up the average amount. It's hard to guess.

Meanwhile I could see Zoro and Robin getting massive increases as well since Zoro already defeated Lucci and he's likely to fight Ethan.

I foresee 2.222 billion for Zoro if he actually defeats that Gorosei.
