As far as Oda's current logic is concerned, Nika is the only non-fraud. No one else is allowed to exist outside of fraudspace.

Even the giants supposedly being hyped up now are clearly only on Egghead for one reason and one reason only... to get hypetooled by the lorosei so Nika beating the Gorosei all at once can look more "epic" in FrOda's Nika-filled mind and because Oda thinks hypetooling giants is some cool gimmick despite that giants have been getting hypetooled by him since Giant Day 1.
