It is very funny though that when 1110 dropped, people started downplaying Lucci calling him YC2, weak as hell etc... With this chapter, Oda reminds the readers that Lucci is a character to be respected. He is solid YC1.
He'd probably defeat any other Strawhat, he's just unfortunate that he went up against the only two top-tiers on the crew and was comparatively outclassed.
