General & Others Stop coping, Elbaf will be Usopp’s arc

Many people have been disingenuously insinuating that since Franky and Zoro didn’t get their own arcs in Wano and Egghead that Elbaf won’t be Usopp’s arc however unlike Zoro and Franky every single time Elbaf has been mentioned or Giants have been involved in the story in anyway, other the Big Mom flashback, Oda has purposefully included Usopp. Hajrudin, Oimo, Kashii, Dorry, and Broggy, every single “good” Giant from elbaf has had a relationship with Usopp above anyone else



Even in this arc Oda has purposefully included Usopp in every conversation or reference concerning the Giants.
When Franky meets Dorry and Broggy what is the first thing they discuss? Usopp.

Who is the first to comment on the Giants coming? Usopp.


When Vegapunk mentions going to Elbaf who does Oda put focus on? Usopp

Oda even adds in Luffy and Usopp’s song for little garden.; You have to be a lobotomy victim at this point to deny Elbaf being Usopp’s arc.

Unlike Zoro and Franky, Usopp’s dream has been intrinsically tied to Elbaf since Little Garden. The Sunny can traverse the Grand Line without going to Egghead, Zoro can become WSS without going to Wano but Usopp can not be a brave warrior of the sea without reaching Elbaf.

Usopp's Dream is to become "Brave Warrior"
And He believes that Elbaf Warriors (Giant Vikings) are how a Brave Warrior should be
So He can't truly achieve his Dream unless it's Giants who acknowledge his Bravery

And Usopp isn't gonna ask every Single Giant, there must be Someone in Elbaf whose Role is to be The Judge of Usopp's Dream
Someone who will either give Usopp his "Brave Warrior" Epithet & All Giants follow or Usopp will simply Surpass Him
And Dorry/Brogy already mentioned who this Person is, it's their Ruler (Their Odin-Like King)

So just like Zoro can never say "I'm Strong enough to call myself Greatest Swordsman" unless He Surpasses Mihawk
Usopp cannot say He achieved his Dream unless God of Elbaf himself acknowledge him

Even if you go to Oda's Pre-OP One-Shots, Chapter that focused on Usopp-Like Character (Similar to Ryuma One-Shot)
It was about him being Accepted by God, after being considered so Pathetic

Since this Ruler lives in Elbaf (Above Village We saw), then Usopp would be going to his Dream Arc
We can't compare it to Wano or Egghead or Whole Cake Island ... etc
Because Wano didn't have Mihawk
Whole Cake Island didn't have All Blue
Egghead didn't have Franky's Final Invention
... etc

But Elbaf does contain Usopp's Endgame, it's basically his Laugh Tale
Usopp's Equivalent of Wano or Egghead would be Sniper Island (One of his Lies)

In 2003, Oda drew some Future Villains just as a Teaser (Basically their early Designs)
One of them was Boa Hancock, other was Wano Shogun (Orochi), and Third one is clearly a Villain from Elbaf
What's interesting is Fourth Guy who seems like a Sniper but his Design doesn't belong to any Place we've seen so far
However, He was carrying an Elbaf-Like Shield on his Back (Just like the ones We saw from Dorry/Brogy)
So i believe that He is Villain of Sniper Island & it's actually a Land tied to Elbaf
And that's probably where Yasopp, Beckman & Roux Trained

Meaning Usopp going to Elbaf is gonna be both his Dream Arc & Theme Arc
