Notice also how D. Rocks doesn't get his bounty revealed. Come on, Oda. Also, if you're going to dump these bounties, you have to reveal other characters like Rayleigh or Dragon
Right now, Oda releasing the bounty of those characters will not end up of a good reaction by fans:
1- King from Beast Pirates
2- Rayleigh
3- Dragon (specially if he had lower bounty than Yonko)
I think Oda should have given us Rayleigh's bounty in this chapter as well. While, he should have given King's bounty waaay earlier along with Queen. Now simply no one will care about their bounty! Maybe Rayleigh a bit, but for King for example, it will look "meh" no matter how high it is.
