Character Discussion To Sanjibros, how big is your disappointment if Crocodile is the last/final enemy for Sanji?

It would also show great growth for Sanji. Going from getting tricked by courtesans to beating the worlds strongest hooker

We know he isn't because it's unrealistic, but Zoro vs Mihawk and Sanji vs Croc is much more realistic. Hence the discussion.

Nah. Any of known Croc abilities can be fought by Sanji.
But it is possible that Burgess and Lafitte's powers can threaten Sanji.
For example, Burgess super super strength can bypass Exo defense. Or Lafitte hypnotizes Sanji with women illusions.
Both are definitely more difficult to deal with.

In-universe it probably is not, or it is possible indeed. Because Haki blooms and stuff.
But reader's perception is different matter. Croc is iconic as early game opponent, or the first real obstacle for Luffy.
In action shounen, for a lot of reasons like powercreep, this kind of character won't come back as real threat.
Unless authors do something drastic for them, most of readers opinion on them won't change much. Especially since Oda "only" gave Croc a 2B bounty. That's not a real gamechanger.
