And after Alabasta croc ran hands with Doflamingo Mihawk and Sakazuki. If croc was as fodder as you say he’d have looked as bad as Luffy did in Marineford, but he didn’t. He could compete while gear 2 and 3 Luffy clearly couldn’t. Also Let’s not forget how Luffy dropped Garp with one punch cause Garp didn’t have the will to fight.

This is like saying Zoros never going to be a top tier because 2 years ago he got one shot by Buggy the clown.

Zoro was not one shot, he even carried a concrete+Steel cage with Luffy inside lol come on ! Plus the example has no relevances and is not comparable in our discussion whatsoever.

Crocodile laid down like Katakuri did. He lost mentally more than physically. The bomb failed, the plan failed, his whole philosophy failed because of Luffy. Had to restart from scratch and think his whole shit through again. He gets his dreams back in prison thanks to miss golden week so that's why he got a buff in marineford and afterwards, because he has his haki back after losing it after jobbing to Whitebeard and losing his dreams.

If you don't think crocodile has haki in marineford, just explain how he clashes with Akainu without his sand melting into glass.
