"VAMPIRE HUNTER D: BLOODLUST" (2000)

Wow wow wow! What a film! The animation is some of the best I've seen and still holds up to even today's anime films. The gothic art style/ art design is beautifully realised.
The story was surprisingly heartfelt and the main character "D" was a really cool sort of Clint Eastwood type character. I liked that the entire film went through different genres from western to gothic horror etc.
All of the characters were fine and I found none of them annoying.
Check this film out, its worth your time.

Jackie Brown (1997) - 4/5. A pretty good film and one of Tarantino's underrated ones. I think this takes place in the same universe as "Out of Sight" (another great film) cause Micheal Keaton's character has the same name etc. Anyway the cast was great especially Pam Grier, Robert Forster and Sam Jackson, Soundtrack was pretty nice.
Dune, the two movies.
I'd say 8/10. The cinematography, visual effects and music are amazing and it's far superior to the previous crappy adaptations of Dune. The acting is alright, though I did love the Harkonnen actors, and the story is more subtle than expected but still not that deep.

MC is a spy novel author but then it turns out stuff she was writing about come true and the evil organization in her books is coming after her to kill her
At first it was going alright and i thought it could end up being a good action comedy but for some reason the director insisted on doing stupid shit in the action scenes that make it less enjoyable while the writer kept pulling twists out of his ass with each one making the movie make less sense
There is atleast 10-11 twists in this movie and everything after number 4 just made the movie dumber
Would have been much better if the "book" was the actual movie and we got John Cena, Henry Cavill and Dua lipa doing spy stuff but i guess they only wanted them for the trailers because they disappear after 5 minutes and we get this stupid boring mess for 2+ hours.
