the best Gojo did was use a starting attack that was amped from over 4k meters that Sukuna determined was 120% output opposed to 100%, ehole Gojos only back up plan was relying on the students which Sukuna has been killing off one by one…

it was just not zero which was also a farce for Yuji to be able to continue on fighting while she had literally no pulse the only thing the CR was stop any blessing from those wounds she sustained by that point transfigured already hit her head

no it has conditions to be met and Sukuna was t able to use it cause its effect and output was substantially lowered cause Gojo kept making him change his domain by altering his own domain over and over again.
