Its the fact that the part with ace was and the legit spoilers was leaked hours ago via a dialogue leak. If the legit spoilers are correct, then the rest of the chapter SHOULD be legit

It could be legit but it wouldn't be the first time that fake spoilers are mixed with true spoilers. It happened several times, actually, so caution is required.

Not 12 hours before part of it was confirmed legit via dialogue spoilers. That has not happened before. What you are talking about is when a ton of info drops at once and part of it ends up being fake from multiple sources.

Kaido trashing off Orochi is a great twist, as I though Orochi don't gonna survive the raid. But I think Orochi is not dead, just down or ko but beeing alive because of his df power.

What I have read from the spoiler is so unexpected ... I once thought that Kaido maybe could kill Orochi, but not right now, but after paying his betrayal against Kozuki Family.
