The short explanation we get in the chapter is basically it - guy is just so good with the blade that he gets oerfectly clean cuts that can be reattached without any issue

He did it once before to an oponent (hence the short flashback panels)

Lol, my phone changed my "can recommend" into "can't recommend", wtf...

Anyways, I still don't want to know much about Takamura as I still want him to be a force of nature, but him being more conscious about the world around him makes him more dangerous, so I'm all for it.
Although him reattaching his hand seems overkill, it was still a badass move and a wild chapter.
