We the readers know Buggy didn’t sail to raftel, the world government doesn’t. The world government needs a scapegoat, and the WG doesn’t know Blackbeard has pudding nor do they have any reason to think Pudding can read the Poneglyphs?

Marine HQ isn’t listening to the events of Egghead outside of Vegapunks message. Otherwise the WGs secrets would’ve been revealed. Kizaru may figure it out, but he won’t survive long enough to report this mission.
Blackbeard has no poneglyph reader like Luffy who has Robin nor has anyone who “knows” the history of the void century like Buggy.
Sakazuki heard “a pirate from the past intended to pass down the ancient weapons to the current generation.” Why would Sakazuki then assume the WG had it when he has no reason to assume that.
I can’t see the WG taking the blame for Lulusia, and with the revs and D in mind there’s the same problem with Blackbeard, the WG needs to create a plausible explanation as to how they got access to the ancient weapon.
All I know is the way Vegapunk is phrasing his speech he is making it seem like pirates Are the ones who did it. Or at least making it easy to blame pirates for doing it.

How will the WG get exposed? Vegapunk isnt putting any blame on them. And blaming pirates capitalizes on their bad reputation to make it a believable cover up. The revolutionaries suddenly destroying an island after that island finished their revolution and took down the WG affiliated royal family goes against their actions for the past decades. The Ds are something the WG is trying to cover up so shining attention on them goes against their agenda as well.
And Vegapunk already told the world that the weapons once belonged to pirates who wanted to pass it down to new pirates. We’ll have to wait and see.

And fuck your break. We can't even make it 3 weeks without one lol. At this pace, OP probably won't end until the year 2040 unless ODA decides to rush things...

I imagine this message will probably end with revealing the name of the Ancient Kingdom. If only for the parallel with Clover back on Ohara. Vegapunk will probably just barely be able to say the name before the Gorosei destroy the Ancient Robot, is my guess.
Zoro's popularity is UNMATCHED
Imagine official accounts using the deuteragonist instead of the main character as profile picture...
