I think if it were to happen ,
Pirate = obviously Luffy ( Roger of this generation )

Marine = Fujitora imo . him and Teach have Gravity related powers ( Fujitora controlling Gravity and Teach having mini Black Hole which has Gravity pull )

Also Fujitora is the Luffy fanboy of the Admirals , or Marines in general you might say . also he is tasked by Fleet Admiral Akainu to chase Luffy ( like Garp was to Roger )

i think i'll stand by this for the time being .

While Zoro will handle Beckmann-level Shiryuu , and Sanji handles Burgess with a DF etc.

Don't know what Kuzan's role will be in this but for sure he won't help Blackbeard Pirates

I don't agree with Fuji, being the one to accompany Luffy to beat BB here. Fuji is swordman, and if Oda wants to draw parallels i am sure he would choose a brawler to chase after Luffy, plus Fujitora already allowed Luffy to escape in DR, he is really Luffy fanboi at this point.

I also dislike the idea of Luffy tag teaming BB. It's understandable in cyrrent arc since Kaidou is much more stronger and Luffy hasn't reached Top tier level to solo Kaidou by himself, but BB is an opponents i expect him to solo to solidify his claim as PK. Same for Akainu, Im Sama might be the only exception since he might be much much stronger Antagonist of One piece.

I would like to show my disagreement to Burgess facing Sanji even with Df, i hope Oda don't go that with Sanji BB arc fight.

As for Kuzan, i think he will do what Fuji did in DR. He would act like he is fighting for BB pirates but would go easy on whoever is fighting him and betray BB once he got a good opportunity to do so. Or his role could be much more complex than simply beating BB, he could be leader of this Sword organisation and would let the Marines know of the latest Target BB is trying to aim, thst was shown just 3-4 chapters back. So he might not remain with BB pirates by the time SHs face em.

All things said, if Oda does decide to go with Luffy+ Marine beating BB. Kuzan makes most sense to me.
By taking down strongest Pirate BB, he would show his loyalty as a Marine and his sense of justice never faded, he also had good interaction with Luffy in the past and currently is a spy in BB crew.

I believe that it will be partially and ironically because of his own overconfidence in his devil fruits just like the majority of the df powers he can neutralize with the Yami Yami no mi.
His pain amplification may also be exploited sooner or later.

I also think that his downfall will come in part from his lack of understanding of trust and true loyalty with him having recruited extremely dangerous and untrustworthy criminals in his crew and people who have every reason to loathe him and so can't be loyal to him at all like Kuzan and Moria.

gura no mi doesn't work on rubber, and luffy's haki is superior to bb's haki and will be the key to beat him. that is why luffy is training haki now, advanced coo, coa, and shanks will teach him advanced coc.

Since BB is a df man with no visible or at least extraordinary haki as of now I think Luffy will counter his holy df trinity with an holy haki trinity (top coc, coa and coo), or at elast this sounds cool and with a resemblance of sense.

Luffy and a marine vs him a la Rocks doesn't make much sense since there is no marine who is a clear rival to Luffy and also that was given a relevant time. If you put Fuji there that would be out of the blue since it will elevate Fuji to a secondary MC role, if you look at other series you have epic 2 vs 1 with Nardo and Sauce, Goku and Vegeta so here in OP the only logic choice would be Luffy and Zoro vs BB but we know that Oda doesn't swing that way. Luffy will most likely take BB alone and Zoro take Shyriou.

That's the million dollar question...
As long as his opponent has a DF, that opponent has NO chance to win; so the only thing we know about that can kindof ''negate'' DF powers is haki.
So probably super mega advanced haki -_-''

I also figured that

I don't see any DF providing enough damage or issues except for the logia due their tricky awakenings which might be difficult to absorb entirely

Or Magellan's DF like abilities too
