Powers & Abilities Kaido said "Only Haki can transcend all" in fact he's right tho

Yeah we get it that it's coming from the guy who heavily uses his DF and got destroyed by a DF user but both of Kaido and Luffy do use haki like any strong character does, and the strongest characters are Haki users, and some of them are haki users only and don't use DF.

Top 10 strongest OP characters who are non-devil fruit users and use haki: Roger, Shanks, Garp, Rayleigh, Mihawk, Kozuki Oden, Zoro, Sanji, Benn Beckman, Jinbei

Edit: Forgot to add that if you're a DF user, your haki wouldn't be as strong as a haki user who is not a DF user, like when Luffy used Coc haki to KO 50,000 fish-men, Shanks used his Coc haki to KO 100,000 men.

Kaido wasn't wrong, people just misinterpreted him. Every other ability in OP has a cap to it, but not Haki. There are no limits to how much you can improve your Haki, which is what he was suggesting. As a matter of fact, Roger surpassed all the caps set by Devil's fruits with Haki.

Let's take WB for instance, his potential was just as high as Roger, but his Devil's fruit alone couldn't match Roger's Haki prowess, so he needed Haki to compensate. There's no shortage of characters that did not achieve their peak potential with devil's fruit along while there's ample of character's who achieved it with Haki alone.

Nah, CoC level has nothing to do with DF ability. It reflects on how strong you are overall. So the stronger you are, the stronger will be your CoC regardless of whether you have a DF or not. Basically, a DFless guy with Luffy level potential will have same level of CoC as FMI Luffy as long as his overall strength is comparable to FMI Luffy. This is why WB was able to match Roger's CoC with his own. What differs is the level and the kind of control they have on their CoC. Shanks would've KO'ed the 100K FM because he is stronger than Luffy, and hence has a stronger CoC.

DFs probably consume Half your Haki to Operate
It's why Non-DF Users have Higher Potential than DF Users when using their Haki

It's also probably why you can't eat Two DFs, cuz you'd lose all your Haki which results in Death
Except Blackbeard who for some reason have more Haki than his own to Spare

Oh c'mon, that's exactly what I said here

I wouldn't go as far as saying the fruits take 50% of the haki resources but they certainly limit its potential.
Oda could use Sabo to further manifest this theory.
In fact he needs to do something regarding that topic cause it's an actual plot hole.

Let's wait until the "laugh tale can't be visited by DF users" issue is topic.

Kaido said that then got beat by a devil fruit awakening from someone with weaker haki than him.
Might as well point out that Kaido considered himself the strongest in the world while still having an inferior haki compared to Shanks, and in particular an inferior CoC (which he himself said it was the haki of the strongest).

And he had even met Shanks by that time.

Yeah Kaidos whole philosophy here is strictly based on Roger not having a fruit power but Kaido never fought Roger so he’s just making assumptions that it’s because Roger’s haki was so much stronger than the verse and that’s how he got it. Despite us seeing the opposite.

He hasn't fought Roger? you need to see this, cause he did fight Roger along with Garp when he was a member of the Rocks pirates.
