I absolutely despise that cuck Sanji and all of his fans hyping up the bare minimum, but this chapter made him look better. Compare both sneak attacks and it's easy to see who has better feats if you're unbiased.
Also, anyone else think Oda's implying Kitetsu blades reacted to each other and caused that shock wave?

1. Kuma in whatever shape he’s in would make an amazing ship guard. He was already doing it for 2 years during the timeskip
2. Bonney as luffy’s apprentice. She’s young, looks up to Luffy, and strong enough to defend herself. Plus already like her interactions with the strawhats
3. Usopp as vice captain and nami as chief of staff. They may not be as strong as zoro and sanji but I think they deserve it and are perfect for the roles

And out of nowhere an entirely offtopic post that has nothing to do with the chapter with the sole purpose of saying Usopp deserves to be a vice captain above Zoro. Classic.

I feel Jinbei needs his respect. The guy is casually holding his own or providing support for and against the strongest characters in the series. A few cases in point

- Luffy being delighted at Jinbeis support level 4 & 5. Luffy never ordered Jinbei to stay away from Roof Top.
- Zoro ordering everyone to flee from Nasjuro but asking Jinbei to stay behind and help him.

That’s huge votes of confidence from Luffy and Zoro. Remember, Luffy and Zoro asked solid mid tier Franky to leave when they fought Lucci and King respectively but they accept Jinbeis precense and help. He isnt a liability but a capable partner.

Exactly people completely ignore Zoro's counter attack would have never happened if Jinbe wasn't there. Jinbe also blew Lucci away so Zoro would stop fighting.

Jimbei is one of the most underrated characters in here and it's all because of agenda seekers.
If we follow the manga without bias, Jimbei is a very very high high tier, borderline top tier if not the case.
He has tons of experience, excellent haki and worked with multiple top tiers through his career.
One of the best allies the SHs could get l.

That their arsenal includes long range stuff, just like Zoro's, doesn't mean "that's their style". Their style, particularly Nasujuro, who is a swordsman, matches Zoro's, and here you are, doubting Nasujuro is Zoro's opponent as if this was your first day reading One Piece.

Nasujuro didn't get bother lanji hits him and then proceed to bit diff him meanwhile he blocked zoro attack both were pushed back and zoro is ready to keep fighting

Lucci didn't move from the spot. Jinbe punched the ground between them (made of clouds) and created a smoked screen to run away from Mars.
