Oda stopped caring about many of the straw hats

When was the last proper, meaningful interaction between the strawhats? Before everything felt so natural and the dynamics fit nicely. You felt like everyone had their role and importance. Also, I liked the slice of life parts where everything was just so chill and they do sidequests at some random island. Like oda actually focused on properly building bonds between the characters.
