Who cares about Franky and Robin having it or not?
They managed to defeat characters worth hundreds of millions without it just fine.
Robin's managed to pick up some fishman karate from koala, and franky has all his cyborg gadgets.

Seriously. Dumbing down everything to Haki is moronic and I really don't understand why we can't appreciate when other characters actually have unique stuff to them.
It's not like Robin and Franky are gonna defeat any big baddie anyway. :kayneshrug:

Kuma's flashback started off well, but by then it just made Dragon, Garp and Vegapunk look like shortsighted and lazy scumbags. And then there was Kuma's dumbass being right in front of Bonney at Sabaody at the restaurant, she was no longer being held hostage, he had no reason to undergo Vegapunk's final memory erasing treatment, and he could've just reunited with his 12yo daughter then and there and buzzed off, but instead leaves her to get assaulted and sexually harassed by Pedobeard. And then there was "Luffy/Nika was the first person in hundreds of years to punch a celestial douchebag?! He's the chosen one aaaaugh!"

Bro you are 100 percent correct.

It made me realize how terrible of a writing oda has been doing for the marines in general.

To add they are also the strongest force that has vegapunk. We should be seeing stuff like pills that can force devil fruit fighters to awaken temporarily. We should be seeing marines with the sea water bubble gun that shuts down fruit users (we already saw hibari with vegapunks flower gun). We should see the marines with a time chamber/gravitational room to speed up marine training. We should see instructors teaching about basic haki and their advanced forms. We should also have 1 or 2 instructors teaching marine officers about devil fruit awakening. Hell we should even see a limited amount of raid suits for the marines made by vegapunk

Only matters if Warcury can't heals back his fangs and it's permanent damage...
Then it's coming true what I was thinking for a long time that only Ancient tech power/weapons can bypass Gorosei/Imu immortality.
