Oda is already implying Lucci soon going against Stussy.
And while Stussy claims that Kaku and Lucci are/were her friends, she seemed utmost delighted, while she went behind their backs in chapter 1072- too much for me to believe her. That alone makes me side with Kaku, when he says "Friends? Don't make me laugh..."

Bonney = has a crew, a father, an island, friends in that island. She will just go back there

2. Father is braindead as fuck, just witnessed her transform into Nika which I expect means he's gonna shut down now having seen that Bonney is going to be safe without him
3. the island is a world government affiliate and she is a wanted criminal, she wouldn't be able to stay there
4. All her friends on the island were here crew which has since been annihilated, save for some random old people

You can have an agenda all you want, but it looks very likely at this point that Bonney joins and Stussy becomes a background/side character. Of course i could be wrong, but i'm sorry, re-writing Bonney completely of your own accord won't change anything.

We know the original Buckingham Stussy was a freeloader who tried to mooch off of people.
Ms. Buckin's entire existence so far has revolved around using Weevil to try to make her money. So, Buckin has been shown to be a gold digger, more or less. She wanted to get with Whitebeard, and was "part" of MADS, but apparently did nothing.
We know that Whitebeard was famous for being unable to be ambushed in his sleep, Ace tried to attack him plenty and got messed up every time. BUT Vegapunk is kind of dumb, honestly.
So, I think Ms. Buckin thought "if I make a kid with Vegapunk, they'll be a genius, and I can become rich." So, Ms. Buckin stole some DNA, and... yeah, preggers. BUT, Ms. Buckin is a horrible parent, and her kids fucking hated her. Franky was like "fuck this" and eventually got thrown overboard, and Kidd was so obnoxious Ms. Buckin just stranded him on an island.
Look up young Franky and Kidd, they look identical. Eventually, the Straw Hats will get their DNA tested by Lilith, and realize that Vegapunk is Franky's dad.
This also makes Stussy kind of related to Franky, wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

Well, there's no such nakama war for Stussy vs Bonney, but:
- Bonney is spending time with some SHP and seems like she's vibing well with them, has her big "fake Nika" moment, reminds me of Carrot and WCI crew as well as her Sulong chapter
- Stussy is an enemy-turned-ally, helped SHP but spends more time with CP-0 and while she seemingly has no place to go, she potentially could stay with Kaku and Lucci if both of them turn away from the WG and become rogue agents
We will see in the upcoming chapters what's next.
